PB Catering has over 80 years combined experience in the hospitality industry and we cater  across Camden, the Southern Highlands, all areas in and around Sydney, and Goulburn districts. We pride ourselves in preparing and delivering to you only the freshest ingredients available in the markets today, presented with style and flair, whatever the occasion. We have catered for all sorts of events from intimate dinner parties for 10 to large weddings for 300 and everything in between!

Our specialty is tailoring menus to suit your event and needs. Our menus are designed to bring a variety of options to your table; we also welcome our clients to blend some of our menu items together and create their own.  

We have catered for clients including the Rolls Royce Foundation, Barry Humphries, local politicians and dignitaries, and the Sydney University Camden. We can cater for your event anywhere - your home or selected venue. We regularly cater at the following venues:

Our experienced event coordinators have over 15 years experience and can assist clients with the coordination of their event, bringing the occasion together. With many industry contacts, our event coordinators have recommended and organised the hire of marquees, equipment, florists, photographers, audio-visual equipment, bus/coach hire, celebrants and much more.
