A beautiful bride and groom, a fabulous day and a wonderful venue. This wedding had it all. We had a ball catering for Jessica and Viktor at The Stables, A Country Wedding, Binda. As you can see from a few of these happy snaps, we think everyone at the wedding had a ball too!
Their menu was a sit-down affair with champagne and canapés beforehand including:-
- Hoisin duck in coriander crepes
- Caramelised onion and goats cheese tartlets
- Smoked trout and caper berry tarts
- Traditional Latvian Piragi, provided by the mother of the groom!
Mains were triple roasted pork belly and lamb cutlets with a range of delicious salads.
All followed up by petit fours! Guests had mini raspberry cheesecakes, Turkish delight, mocha mousse, lemon curd tarts and chocolate brownies to nibble on while they were dancing (in between mouthfuls of 'cheese cake', of course!)
YUM! We want to go back and do it again!
