Chef Aaron excelled himself with his Pork Belly and Coulibiac of Atlantic salmon, not to mention the great portions of Garlic and Chili prawns….yum!!!
The great part about the night is reading the reviews that everyone has given each dish; everyone gets to be a food critic :-).
Poss and Aaron are in the process of creating the last great Showcase night of the year, we will take two months off for the busy wedding season and then it will be back in February, not sure my taste buds will be able to wait two months, but I have no doubt that it will be worth it.
