Trattoria

An informal buffet set up for the guests to serve themselves. Suitable for brunch or lunch  and decorated with large bowls of lemons, eggplant, garlic artichockes (when in season) capsicums etc. Very Italian and looks wonderful.  Miniumum number 30. Crockery and cutlery supplied. Great for picnics outside. Price on application depending on number of platters.

  • Rare roast beef and assorted mustards and chutneys
  • Prosciutto
  • Roast turkey
  • Cheeses: St Andrea triple brie, Jensens Taralga Red, mortadella etc
  • Whole glazed ham with apple sauce
  • Chargrilled vegetables
  • Semi dried tomatoes
  • Stuffed bell peppers
  • Sweet potato and prosciutto muffins
  • Baskets of assorted breads, ciabatta, rolls etc
