Full Grazing Table

The 'Full Grazing table' is filled with an assortment of meats, cheeses, antipasto, and breads, decorated with fruit, bowls of garlic, lemons, artichokes and herbs. It is an ideal option for venues that have limited kitchen facilities. The table is self-service, and is a lighter alternative to a buffet, but still filling, appetising and a 'feast for the eyes', and looks fabulous out under the trees.

Our Full Grazing table includes the following:

  • Warm bourbon, mustard and orange glazed ham served with chutneys (GF)

  • French and Australian cheeses (GF)

  • Assorted wafers (GF)

  • Dried figs and fruit (V)

  • Assorted nuts

  • Marinated aged olives (V)

  • Stuffed green olives (V)

  • Spinach and herb baked ricotta (GF, V)

  • Assorted Italian cured meats (GF)

  • Smoked salmon with dill aioli (GF)

  • Feta and herb stuffed whole pumpkin (GF, V)

  • Grissini, French & Italian breads

  • Homemade mini quiches

  • Chargrilled asparagus with balsamic glaze (V)

  • Slow roasted herb and garlic marinated baby vine tomatoes


Served with an assortment of teas and coffee

Cost: $45 per person, 40 person minimum.
