Full Grazing Table

The 'Full Grazing table' is filled with an assortment of meats, cheeses, antipasto, and breads, decorated with fruit, bowls of garlic, lemons, artichokes and herbs. It is an ideal option for venues that have limited kitchen facilities. The table is self-service, and is a lighter alternative to a buffet, but still filling, appetising and a 'feast for the eyes', and looks fabulous out under the trees.

  • Warm Bourbon, Mustard & Citrus Glazed Ham Served with Chutneys GF

  • French & Australian Cheeses GF

  • Assorted Wafers GF

  • Dried Figs and fruit V

  • Assorted Nuts

  • Marinated Olives V

  • Stuffed Bell Peppers V

  • Spinach & Herb Baked Ricotta GF/V

  • Assorted Italian Cured Meats GF

  • Smoked Salmon with Dill Aioli GF

  • Feta & Herb Stuffed Butternut GF/V

  • Grissini, French & Italian breads

  • Homemade savoury Tartlets V

  • Chargrilled asparagus with balsamic glaze V

  • Slow Roasted small vine ripened tomatoes, with basil, bitter rocket greens & a balsamic glaze (GF/LF/V)

Served with an assortment of teas and coffee

Cost: $55 per person, 40 person minimum.
