The company has had 80 years combined experience in the hospitality industry, catering in Sydney, London, Tamworth, Camden, Picton and the Southern Highlands.

We pride ourselves in preparing and delivering to you only the freshest ingredients available in the markets today, presented with style and flair, whatever the occasion, at your venue or ours, in a marquee, private home or corporate boardroom.

We offer you a free consultation, where we can discuss your function needs. For your wedding this includes hiring of marquees, choice of menus to suit your occasion and budget, crockery, cutlery, flowers, photographers, marriage celebrants, bridal cars and carriages, wedding day makeup, etc. On the other hand you may just want food delivered or self serve. Whatever the occasion, large or small, give us a call.

All prices include serving platters, cocktail napkins, bread boards or baskets, glasswashers and silver champagne buckets where specified and an array of smaller items like bar trays, coffee urns etc.
