Step 1 - Selection of 5 Canapés chosen from Finger Foods menu

Step 2 - Choice of 2 meats

  • Freshly glazed ham accompanied by apple and quince sauce
  • Roasted prime scotch fillets of beef served with sweet peppercorn sauce
  • BBQ'd teriyaki chicken breast served hot with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce
  • Lemon and rosemary roast lamb
  • Siscillian chicken cooked in red wine, raisens, olives and herbs

Step 3 - A selection of 4 salads chosen from the Buffet Salad and Accompaniments menu

Step 4 - A selection of 2 desserts from the Formal Plated Deserts

Included - Fresh rolls, damper or pide bread and butter or oil

Included - Tea, coffee and handmade chocolates

For an additional $6/head you may add any of the following

  • Whole baked Atlantic salmon served with a sweet, sour, salty or ginger sauce
  • Fresh tiger prawns
  • Freshly shucked oysters
  • BBQ'd whole trout
  • Smoked salmon served with baby capers, dill and lemon aioli
  • Rare roasted lamb backstraps marinated with cummin and arabic spices

Plattered Buffet

As above, but the main meal is served on two platters (one meat, one salad) and placed directly onto tables. This is very popular for a less formal occasion and allows guests to remain seated for the entire meal. Looks wonderful!!
